ACTLean and Schuh & Co. will offer a 5-day Lean Implementation Leader Training Workshop in Atlanta, GA on July 18th - 22nd, 2011.
- (1888PressRelease) May 10, 2011 - This Lean Implementation Leader training provides all the necessary information to get your own Lean Initiative started. The goal of this workshop is to learn the key principles of a Lean Management System, the history of Lean and how to organize a Lean Initiative in a structured approach. Then, go on to learn Lean Techniques such as Kanban, Value Stream Mapping, and Moderating Kaizen Events. Finally, learn how to apply the same Lean Principles not only in production but also in administrative areas such as order processing, purchasing, or product development.
Because of the systematic coverage of all relevant topics this workshop is also an excellent opportunity to learn everything that is needed to successfully take the Lean Bronze Certification Exam by SME / AME / ASQ / Shingo Prize.
This course is structured in five individual days. Depending on your needs, you can sign up for individual days or take the course as a whole.
