Anne Dodge is the newest ActionCOACH in Minnesota.
(1888PressRelease) May 10, 2008 - Master Licensee Alan Edelmann and firm owner Alan Hill have named Ann Dodge as an ActionCOACH in Minnesota.
Her office will be located in Grand Rapids, Minnesota. “I will be working with business owners in Duluth/Superior, Bemidji, Brainerd - basically the Northern Minnesota area,” she said.
Ann Dodge has spent 20 years in direct sales, business management and retail management. Dodge feels that the biggest accomplishment in her entire career was the team unity she created at each of the companies she worked for.
“In a company of over 250 retail stores, the one that I managed was always in the top 15 in terms of sales. I was placed in the top 25 list of sales managers and earned a red convertible Mustang for my high level of performance,” she said.
The desire for a flexible schedule that would allow her to participate in her children’s school activities was one of the major reasons Dodge opted for a career change. Dodge views business coaching as an opportunity to make a positive difference in her community by helping business owners.
“I was looking for an opportunity that would combine my passion for business and helping people. During my initial research, the more I read about Brad Sugars and ActionCOACH, the more interested and intrigued I became,” she said. Dodge was impressed by the entire process a coach goes through at ActionCOACH.
“I have learned more about myself through each step in this process of becoming an ActionCOACH than I ever did in my entire professional and personal life. This process was critical in ensuring that I was right for ActionCOACH and vice versa,” she said. Dodge is very active within her community.
She is a member of the Grand Rapids Noon Kiwanis Club (Club President 2007-08), District Administrator, Circle K– a Kiwanis Sponsored Youth Program, Habitat for Humanity, the Grand Rapids Job Fair Committee, the Women's Health Expo Committee, the YMCA Fall Auction Committee and the WELD and Workforce Development Committee.
A member of the Grand Rapids Chamber of Commerce, Duluth Chamber of Commerce, Business Professional Women and Northern Minnesota Builders Association, Dodge is looking forward to working with business owners in Northern Minnesota.
