The firm was launched in April 2012 by partners and senior managers leaving one of the largest national audit practices. The firm's partners are Stavros Papantonis, Vasileios Charissis, Vasileios Palmos and Konstantinos Apostolou. All four are Certified Public Accountants and Members of Institute of CPAs of Greece (SOEL). The partners have well-established reputations in providing external audits and in the preparation of financial statements based on Greek and International Accounting Standards.
