Product Data Sync and Management
Update products, product attributes, product images and product categories into Magento. Create your own categories and assign it to single or multiple products. Select and assign multiple images for a single product. Define, map or import product related SEO information.
Customer Data Sync and Management
When a new customer is created in Magento, Dynamic X-Connect automatically creates a customer in Dynamics GP. The list of all new customers registered on your web store can also be viewed through Dynamic X-Connect.
Sales Order / Invoices Sync
Dynamic X-Connect helps you to get real time transfers of your Magento sales orders into Dynamics GP and invoice created in GP is available in Magento for customer record. You can also view pending and latest sales orders in Dynamic X-Connect.
Statement of Account (B2B only)
Customers can view their statement including invoice and payment history and can optionally see their credit limit in Magento. They can also see their statistical summary like days to pay, last invoice, last payment etc.
Shipping Tracking
Fulfillment of order and Shipping status from GP is automatically updated in Magento
Mapping (DMI)
Dynamic Mapping Interface (DMI) allows mapping your Products or Customers, Sales orders and invoices with any related or custom field in GP. You can map sales orders and invoices to any Document ID in GP.
Import Export
This powerful tool allows you to export data to spreadsheet for easy updating and import back to Dynamic X-Connect for uploading to Magento.
Dash board
View real-time statistics of your online store including Last week sales, top selling products and recent sales order.
Job Scheduling
Create one or multiple schedules to transfer the data to and from Magento and GP according to your business requirements.
Configuration / Connectivity
Ease of connectivity and configuration without the need of any technical resource.
Compatibility
Work with all versions of Magento both onsite and hosted (Magento GO)
