A Specialized Exhibition "2014/2015 Heating Season" Will Take Place Within The Context Of REF-2014 Kyiv
Within the framework of the 6th International Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Forum in Ukraine REF-2014 Kyiv (October, 14-15, 2014, NSC "Olimpiskiy") a specialized exhibition will be held, dedicated to the decisions for efficient heat generation and hot-water supply in the context of gas and coal shortage - "2014/2015 Heating season".
- (1888PressRelease) September 05, 2014 - REF-2014 Kyiv is organized by the Innovative Business Centre IBCentre and Association of Alternative Fuel and Energy Market Participants of Ukraine АPEU in collaboration with the international association Energy Watch Group. Official support of the forum is presented by the State Agency on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine, Deputy group of the Verkhovna Rada "For energy independence of Ukraine".
The aim of the exhibition is to present within the leading industry platform the best technology and equipment, which are the most relevant for utility and industrial companies in the context of energy emergency declared by the government. The admission to the exhibition is free.
Kyiv, for instance, requires near 4bn of cubic meters of gas per year for an interruptible heat generation and hot-water supply, while the current gas stock can offer only a bit more than 1bn of cubic meters. The numbers of administrative centers of Ukraine are witnessing the same situation. Moreover, the military actions in Luhansky and Donetsky regions have made Ukrainian consumers face the coal shortage and feel uncertain about an uninterruptable fuel supply during the coming heating season.
The only way to enable operation of the utility and industrial companies and provide energy supply to private households is to introduce technology decisions aimed at energy consumption cut, eliminate energy wastes and to substitute of gas to alternative fuel.
Hence, REF-2014 exhibition "2014/2015 Heating season" will present a line of efficient equipment, technology, materials and services favoring to eliminate the energy supply problems and strengthen the energy security in both utility and industrial sectors.
In 2014 REF-2014 Kyiv will summon over 200 top-managers, officials influencing the field development and leading industry experts.
There are following key topics for discussion on the Forum REF-2014 Kyiv: new state policy in the field of renewable energy and energy efficiency, implementation of sustainable energy projects in Ukraine in keeping with the EU association, future for feed-in-tariff for different sectors of renewable energy, funds attraction to the renewable energy and energy efficiency projects.
Such issues as solid biofuel and biogas industry development will also be treated in details during the 6th Ukrainian Biofuel Forum that will be held within a framework of REF-2014 Kyiv on October, 15. Separate sessions will be related to solar and wind energy. Moreover, within the context of the Forum a separate session on the LED-based lighting in industry will be held.
