A Special Tribute To Hollywood Legend Doris Day
Actress and Jazz Singer Yvonne Delahaye has written a show telling the fascinating story of Doris Day's life, career, interspered with some of her greatest hits including Sentimental Journey.

She has just been honoured with a lifetime achievement award by the LA Film Critics Association (LAFCA). Doris had the most amazing career making 39 films and recording over 650 songs, 50 of which were big hits.
Actress/singer Yvonne Delahaye has been a fan for many years and has put together a tribute show to tell the incredible story of Doris's life and career and sing some of her songs. Yvonne says 'As a jazz singer I love singing songs from all the great 'Jazz Divas' Ella Fitzgerald, Sarah Vaughan and Nina Simone amongst others. Doris is one of the best jazz singers and I just love her singing voice, with its purity, perfect pitch, emotion and natural phrasing so I felt her breadth of work deserved a show of its own. Doris became the top-ranking female box-office star of all time and ranked sixth among the top ten box-office performers (male and female), as of 2009.
