Rahman, internationally renowned for taking the coveted Academy Award for his work on the score for "Slumdog Millionaire", will be performing at the Marina Bay Sands Grand Theater. A. R. Rahman, a legend amongst avid Bollywood fans, has recently gained international recognition when he took home the Golden Statue and the Grammy for his work on the Danny Boyle-directed Slumdog Millionare. A four-night performance has been planned for the Singapore leg of this global tour. Rahman has teamed up with creative director Amy Tinkham, best known for stage collaborations with Britney Spears, the Backstreet Boys and Mariah Carey.
