III International Forum "Historical and cultural heritage as a resource for social and cultural development" (http://forum-khakasia.ru/) ended its work in the Republic of Khakassia. The Forum was declared as a federal discussion platform and was held under the aegis of UNESCO on June 26-30, 2013.
