The Westchester in White Plains is holding a grand opening party on September 24th for a new member of its family of upscale womens wear fashion brands -- 3NY Boutique. The opening celebration will also include an exhibition of more than a dozen paintings by the well-known native Westchester artist David Tobey, whose exhibition there will continue through the end of October.
The Launch Presented by the Designer Whisperer is an invite-only emerging designer presentation to be held during New York Fashion Week. It will feature previews of the S/S 2016 and F/W 2015 collections of talented designers Alexa Black, Morgane Press, Hanah NYC and Leonid Batekhin.
