60 Internet Consultants receive Advanced Digital Marketing Training From Francois Muscat
Advanced Digital Marketing training at international WSI conference a success. The WSI Excellence & Innovation Convention, which was held on 1 - 3 April, 2011, saw over 150 Internet Consultants from all over the world gather in Birmingham in the UK to learn about digital marketing.
- (1888PressRelease) April 16, 2011 - During the first two days, delegates attended workshops, listened to renowned keynote speakers and innovative case study presentations. On the third day, South African WSI Area Representative, Francois Muscat, hosted a one day Advanced Digital Marketing training session for around 60 WSI Internet Consultants.
Francois Muscat says, "These days are usually fast-paced, intense, collaborative and informative. There were too many attendees to organise break-away sessions and assignments, so we focused on making the session interactive and participative with questions and discussions after each topic."
The one-day session covered the complete Digital Marketing spectrum by dividing the broad field into three categories:
1. Online Lead Generation: Introducing all the ways to generate leads online in priority of our clients business goals. Internet Consultants learned how, when and where they needed to catch readers' attention and how to use this customer engagement to create a new pipeline for leads.
2. Online Brand credibility: In this section we introduce all the Social technologies to use, which is very important for word of mouth referrals. Francois Muscat discussed practical examples where Social Media is used to demonstrate industry expertise and how a client can create a sense of credibility by being in the social spheres where their customers are communicating.
3. Communicate and stay in touch: Internet Consultants learned what technique to use and how to stay top of mind after a prospect or client has come to visit their website.
Managing a number of accounts
The day came to a close after discussing account management strategies. Francois Muscat explains that managing a diverse range of clients is easy when you have clear, concise goals of what the client needs to achieve, "For a Digital Marketing strategy to be successful, you need to have processes in place. The account management solutions we discussed are Competitor Analysis, Marketing Research and measurement dashboards."
Upcoming training sessions
The next Digital Marketing training session that Francois Muscat will be hosting is a two day training session in Bogota, Colombia, followed by another lecture in Orlando, Florida, a week later.
