50/50 Leadership is pleased to announce the addition of three new board members, Ty Beauchamp, Alana Abbitt-McGregor and Noemi Van Aken. Each brings a new source of skills and experiences as 50/50 Leadership expands its reach to promote women's equality and expand program offerings nationwide.
- (1888PressRelease) May 19, 2021 - Ty Beauchamp and Alana Abbitt-MacGregor have been appointed as Co- Chairs of Financial Literacy Programs. As well as his volunteering with 50/50 Leadership, Ty works as a Senior Consultant at West Monroe Partners and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Washington. Alana is the current Director of Products at Ring and earned her Bachelor's degree from Georgetown University and her MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.
Noemi Van Aken has been appointed to the board as the Chair of Volunteers and Interns. She currently works at Jefferies Inc. as Senior Vice President and completed her Bachelor's degree at Vanguard University of Southern California.
Finding board members of this caliber is rare, says Pauline Field, Board Chair. Their combined expertise, knowledge and talent has already begun to lift the organization to a new level, which was necessary given the momentum we have built over the last year. Sustaining our growth and ensuring its sustainability is a priority this year and these board members are an asset to us in supporting to achieve it said Field.

Founded in 2004 by Pauline Field to alter the perception and underrepresentation of women in leadership roles, the organization provides a wide range of financial literacy programs, now held virtually, for women across America who have been in foster care, incarcerated, have survived from domestic violence, or who have experienced homelessness.
