Retainers must be worn for up to 22 hours a day over several weeks or months. Every few weeks the retainers will be swapped until your teeth are in your desired position. Unlike traditional braces, Invisalign® retainers can be removed for eating and drinking, meaning no food is off limits during your treatment.
