3rd Annual London Creative Awards Celebrate Creativity
Artist of the Year and New Talent of the Year was announced at London Creative Awards, in London. The successful London Creative Awards 2010's Awards celebration was held on September 12th at the Soho Theater, London. The breathtaking work of all 125 shortlisted artist was projected for the audience.

The jury committee awarded The London Creative Competition "Artist of the Year" to Anki King for her paining titled "Figures".
Anki King grew up in a small village in Norway. After completing her arts education in Oslo, Norway, she moved to New York City in 1994 where she studied at The Art Students League until 1998. In New York, King has built a strong career as a painter and exhibits frequently both in Europe and in the USA. Her work is included in many private and public collections including the Appleton Museum of Art, Ocala FL. Additionally, King has exhibited at the Katonah Museum of Art, NY, Las Cruces Museum of Art, NM and the Metropolitan Museum of Art in Tokyo.
The Recipient of LICC 2010 "Talent of the Year" was Zi Xi Tan for her illustrations titled "Ten Years of Work for Every Minute On Stage".
Born in Singapore, Zixi has learnt to find beauty in the vernacular, in the "everyday". Likely due to the mundane environment the little island, she often dreams of a bigger better world; a brighter every day. Having won a Government scholarship from Design Singapore, she finally left Singapore to major in Illustrations at Central Saint Martins, London. Continuing to broaden her horizons, she has applied her abilities in illustrations to various mediums whilst exploring unique concepts and themes reflects her personal experiences and subjects which she is most interested in and concerned about. She has also worked on various collaborative projects with fashion and graphic designers. Zixi is always determined to improve her skills and apply them in trying to make the world a better place.
London Creative Awards honored the great work of Kids Company with LICC 2010 Humanitarian Award. David Gustave's heartfelt speech got an extended applaud from the audience. The organization is dedicated to providing practical, emotional and educational support to vulnerable children in inner-city London. Their services reach 14,000 children across London, including the most deprived and at risk whose parents are unable to care for them due to their own practical and emotional challenges.
London International Creative Competition is a vehicle for facilitating contact between uniquely talented artists and an international audience. Each year LICC invites passionate visual artists from around the globe to submit their innovative artwork for inclusion in the LICC competition. The artwork is juried by a board of internationally luminaries of the visual arts. The jury-selected Final Selection and Shortlist is projected at the London Creative Awards, published in the LICC Annual Awards Book, on this website and is announced to the creative arts and media outlets worldwide. One prize-winner will be chosen by the jury from the list of 15 FINAL SELECTION to receive the £2,000 cash prize.
