Having been a client of Optimal Therapeutic Stretch ("OTS"), 3DF's flagship Corporate Wellness offering, Liz has experienced first-hand the benefits of this stretch and relaxation program.
Liz spent the past six years working in finance, where she focused on bridging communications among co-workers and business associates, and developed processes and sourced systems to streamline operations. Building upon this professional background, her role within 3DF entails organizational development, and strategic marketing and sales. In addition, her vast experience in and understanding of high-stress corporate environments will be a true catalyst in bringing the Corporate Stretch and Relaxation program to new levels.
