3C Holdings appoints Vincent Whitehorn as new Global Head of Corporate Advisory
HONG KONG - 3C Holdings today announced the appointment of Vincent Whitehorn as their new Global Head of Corporate Advisory, responsible for providing mergers and acquisitions services to International and Institutional clients.
- (1888PressRelease) June 14, 2024 - Vincent Whitehorn will oversee 3C Holdings’ corporate advisory team based in Hong Kong, which provides international advisory services to public companies and private businesses, particularly for cross-border transactions. His roll will be supporting clients in the agriculture, natural resources and infrastructure and utilities sectors.
Prior to joining 3C Holdings, Vincent Whitehorn was Associate Director of International Advisory at ANZ Bank in Sydney. Before that, Mr. Whitehorn worked in corporate finance at Australian institution Macquarie Group.
3C Holdings’ Chief Operations Officer commented on Mr. Whitehorn’s appointment to the firm saying “Vincent is well qualified to drive the development of our capabilities for Australian companies looking to expand overseas, as well as inbound companies looking to invest, particularly in the in South East Asia trade corridor. He also has an extensive track record of major public company takeovers, equity capital raisings and restructurings both in Australia and key international markets.”
