360 Recruitment has announced its Human Resources services as key initiative for 2011, with a tiered approach to make HR services more attainable for smaller companies, and to complement those of its larger clients.

360 Recruitment director, Chris Cook, explains: "Launching the HR services is one of our key initiatives for 2011, and is in direct response to a noticeable increase in enquiries from a range of our clients about HR services as part of the recruitment function. Kelli Crockard, a highly experienced HR consultant has joined our team, and we have created a tiered approach based on the size of a business and depending on whether they wish to use the services on an ad hoc or regular basis."
Chris continues: "The intention is to make this important function more attainable for smaller companies who may not have the necessity or resource to employ a full time HR manager, but who need advice, for example, on employment law and disciplinary procedures. Our larger clients, who already employ HR personnel, can opt for our enhanced services, which include motivation coaching, management training and company documentation."
Kelli has an impressive skill-set, including Human Resources, training and development, and her appointment means 360 now offers an HR resource for advice and solutions on a diverse range of issues, from business development, documentation and guidelines, health and safety, motivation coaching, management training, assessment and evaluation, to corrective or disciplinary measures, such as sickness management, disciplinary meetings, exit interviews and tribunals.
