- (1888PressRelease) February 18, 2022 - Last year was a monumental year for WREX (World Real Estate Xchange) and we were honoured to be one of the seven finalists selected out of 550+ companies to join PwC’s exclusive Global Scale-up | PropTech program.
The company benefited from a wealth of measures designed to help later-stage (Series A) startups scale in a sustainable way. 2021 marks a major milestone for WREX’s achievements and underpins our continued expansion across the USA and EMEA.
Having created a significant influence in the market through 2020, helping Agents, SMB’s and Enterprises across 55 countries, WREX is now positioned to explode its impact further. A place on the PxC’s program allowed WREX to listen, learn and address pain points for PwC’s Commercial and Residential conglomerate clients, presenting innovative software solutions to help execute current business objectives and future expansion opportunities.
PwC’s Scale-up | PropTech Programme, provided introductions to stakeholders and key decision-makers across the CRE and RESI industry, with big names attending demo day - Blackstone Group, Knight Frank, Savills, Cushman & Wakefield, Starwood Capital, Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), CBRE, Zoopla, Connells Group (Countrywide) and RE/MAX, etc to name a few. This included weekly workshops offered to embolden strategy across sales, marketing, HR, operations, leadership, and fundraising. The event supported a range of purposes, from securing a new market segment to testing a new product within the market.
