2019 Working Mom Survey in Vietnam

- (1888PressRelease) April 16, 2020 - The first edition of the survey 'Working Mums in Vietnam' was published on May 8th 2019. The document focuses on important aspects of working mums in Vietnam, including professional life; family - partner support; company benefit; time and stress management.
Vietnamese has the saying 'The children bad behaviours is because of mum', originated from the old family model which the father is the breadwinner, and the mother stays at home and takes care the children. Currently, this model is no longer apply to modern time. With more than 48% of women participate in the economy, the current family model includes two working parents. However, working mums in Vietnam still need to face the two main obstacles: time and stress management.
