The 1st HOSFAIR Cocktail Master Cup was held successfully in Area A, Hall 3.1 in China Import & Export Fair Complex. Neil Wong -- Chairman of Hong Kong Bartenders Association. Damon Yuan -- Court of Master Sommeliers Certified Sommelier, Lecturer of HK Chinese University. Anson Lei -- Beverage Innovation Manager-Southern China and Cong Chen -- Dongnan International Culinary College headmaster were invited to be judges in the activity.

It attracted 42 professional bartenders throughout the country to take part in the competition as well as a lot of professional bartenders, cocktail amateurs and owners of bars. They got together in HOSFAIR Cocktail Master Cup to communicate and learn from each other. The competition led to an active harmonious atmosphere. All the competitors wore suits and vests, showing their gentry. Bols Genever Gin, Bacardi Rum and MONIN syrup were transferred into creative artworks by them, gaining cheers from the audiences. Some competitors even expressed their inspirations and answered the questions from the judges in English, which totally showed the internationalization of cocktail. Every competitor was the cocktail master in their hearts. They presented their skills and modulated a cup of special cocktail for everyone on the spot. At last, champion, second place, third prize, the Best Product Award and the Best Performance Award were elected by the judges.
