2013 Lucie Awards Announce Support Category Nominees
Winners of Support Categories to be Announced at Carnegie Hall on October 27, 2013, 7:00 pm - Arrivals at 6:00pm This years nominees are the very best in the Photography Industry.

All nominees are essential to the process of crafting the exceptional images that are celebrated at the Lucies.

The Lucie Awards are a celebration of photography's greatest achievements the world over and this year cap's Fall Photo Week. The Lucie Foundation and the global photography community will recognize this year's extraordinary honorees and the talented winners from the 2013 International Photography Awards (IPA) juried competition - the Foundation's sister-effort. Awards presented will include: Lucie Honorees, IPA prizes, Support Category Awards, a special tribute to those in the industry who have passed on and the APA/Lucie Foundation Scholarship Prize in the amount of $5,000 to professional to further advance a personal project.
The 2013 honorees will join the distinguished group of 93 prior photographers honored and include:
Lisa Kristine-Humanitarian Award, Arno Rafael Minkkinen-Achievement in Fine Art, Victor Skrebneski-Achievement in Fashion, Benedikt Taschen-Visionary Award, John H. White-Achievement in Photojournalism and Li Zhensheng-Achievement in Documentary.
The Lucie Awards are the culmination of a weekend of events leading up to the big night including the IPA's Best of Show exhibition and party and the Lucie Lectures East Series in partnership with Phase One, ASMP and En Foco. Tickets for The Lucie Awards are on sale at http://www.lucies.org
