2012 AppForum Digital Printing Conference Call for Speakers
Deadline for speaker proposal submissions is August 26.
- (1888PressRelease) August 26, 2011 - Rochester, NY - PODi, the Digital Printing Initiative, has opened submissions for qualified speakers interested in participating at the 10th annual AppForum conference for digital printing and relevant direct marketing. The AppForum, January 23-25, 2012 at the Tropicana in Las Vegas, is a once-a-year opportunity to learn how to make more money with digital printing. The show is attended by hundreds of the industry's leading print and marketing service providers, direct mailers, marketing professionals and digital print innovators. It offers presenters a high-profile stage and the chance to share their expertise with a qualified and enthusiastic audience.
"Our speakers make very profitable connections at AppForum, and learn as much as everyone else," says PODi President Rab Govil. "I had a great time presenting," said 2011 speaker Sheraan Amod from Personera. "It's an awesome event, terrific people." Speakers also enjoy a complimentary pass to all 3 days of the AppForum (a value of up to $1295) and are invited to attend all the sessions and networking events.
Qualified speakers may submit proposals online until August 26. Successful candidates will have unique, results-driven marketing or collateral management stories, strategic business or solution sales knowledge, exceptional data or digital printing technical proficiencies, or expertise in new, profit-generating applications and services, including cross-media, direct marketing, web to print, packaging, transpromo, mobile and QR codes, augmented reality or social media. Special consideration will be given to marketers who, along with their service provider, share experience and successful case studies. In addition, PODi is interviewing Keynote Speakers and suggestions are welcome.
Session format is flexible and interactivity is encouraged, with panels, case studies, tutorials, hands-on and discussion groups, or research results. Regular sessions are a half-hour to an hour in length; pre-conference intensives are half-day sessions.
