197 Employees in India Complete 5 years with 24/7 Customer
24/7 Customer, #1 managed services provider of online predictive customer experience solutions, today announced that 197 of its employees in India have reached a milestone of five years with the company.
- (1888PressRelease) August 27, 2011 - The company, entering its 12th year of operations, has over 3800 employees in India based out of its Bangalore and Hyderabad delivery centers.
The company felicitated 144 employees, based out of its Bangalore campus, during the ongoing annual employee celebrations initiative 'HUM.' Similarly, 53 employees from the Hyderabad facility will be recognised next week during the annual HUM activities planned on the campus. These employees hail from across functions such as operations, HR, Learning & Development, Quality and 24/7 iLabs among others.
On this occasion, Shanmugam Nagarajan, Co-founder and Chief People Officer said, "It is a great pleasure to honour long standing employees, especially in a industry strife with high attrition. The HUM initiative consists of three key themes- entertainment, reward and recognition. In addition to the 5-year Awards ceremony, the weeklong celebrations include a variety of employee-centric activities such as 'X-factor Personality Contest,' tarot reading sessions', fun activities based on the concept of 'unique together'.
The weeklong celebrations in Bangalore will conclude on Sunday, August 28, 2011 at Manipal County, Bangalore in a high-energy entertainment-packed evening, starting at 6:30 pm. Mr. PV. Kannan, Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer and Shanmugam Nagarajan, Co-founder and Chief People Officer, will be present to participate in these celebrations with the employees.
