The Organizing Committee had the final decision after consultation, scheduled for hall 1 and 3, the ICE2011 International Flavor Expo transferred to the National Agriculture Exhibition Center - the New Hall on original date.

The New Hall located at the east of Beijing Dongsanhuan Beilu in the National Agriculture Exhibition Hall, witch build in November 8, 2004 and put into use at May, 2005.The New Hall had new design, it using no column vault for big span roof unidirectional chord-tension structure, structure plane for rectangular, 150.5m length from east to west, 91m width from south to north, the hall area of 13,000m2 and highest point of 16.0m. The area, all the facilities, and position of the hall are the most optimal in Beijing.

ICE2011 International Flavor Expo transferred to the New Hall, marking the meeting will linking-up condiment, food ingredients industry biggest industry event, the organizing committee will build it as the best international exhibition of international flavor.
