Compact Viewing Head:
- The compact viewing head/flame detector, detects the presence or absence of flame. Features a quick disconnect plug with 2 embedded indicator LEDs and 15-foot cable, mounting block over center latches, 1-9 gain setting, selectable flame on and flame off settings for added flame discrimination and NEMA 4X / IP67 enclosure rating with tightened connector and UV cable protection. Viewing head has FM and CSA rating for Class 1, Div 2, Groups A-B-C-D, T4A hazardous environment rating.
Flare Stack Flame Detector:
- The CS256B is a UV flare stack viewing head/flame detector, which detects the presence or absence of flame at the flare stack tip. Used for continuous UV flare stacking monitoring to ensure no unburned toxic or waste gases are released into the atmosphere. Features a digital display, quick disconnect plug, 0-99 UV gain setting, selectable flame on setting and NEMA 4X / IP67 enclosure rating. The flare stack monitoring system is ground mounted, up to 1000 feet away, from flare stack tip.
Dual Flame Type Detector:
- The CS550B is an dual UV/IR viewing head/flame detector, which detects the presence or absence of flame. This viewing head monitors both the UV and IR flame components. Features two digital displays, quick disconnect plug, 0-99 UV gain setting, 0-699 IR gain setting, 1-8 high pass filter selection, selectable flame on and flame off settings for added flame discrimination and NEMA 4X / IP67 enclosure rating. Viewing head has CSA rating for Class 1, Div 2, Groups A-B-C-D, T5 hazardous environment rating. Perfect for difficult sighting and multiple burner applications. When used with the RP532 signal processors, the UV and IR flame components may be viewed simultaneously or separately.
CS552/556 Flame Detector:
- The CS552/556 (and replacement S550BE, S552BE and S556BE)viewing head/flame detector detects the presence or absence of flame, features a digital display, quick disconnect plug,gain setting, selectable flame on and flame off settings for added flame discrimination and NEMA 4X / IP67 enclosure rating. Viewing head is FM approved, IECEx CSA 10.0010 EX nA IIC T5 Gc, CSA rating for Class 1, Div 2, Groups A-B-C-D, T5 hazardous environment rating. CE (meets EN298). Perfect for difficult sighting and multiple burner applications.
