10th World Ayurveda Congress & Arogya Expo, Dehradun - International Ayurvedic Experience
The days from 12th December to 15th December were very wonderful for Ayurveda lovers, because for these 4 days, World Ayurveda Congress and Arogya Expo was held in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, which is one of the biggest international Ayurveda expo.
- (1888PressRelease) January 03, 2025 - The days from 12th December to 15th December were very wonderful for Ayurveda lovers, because for these 4 days, World Ayurveda Congress and Arogya Expo was held in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, which is one of the biggest international Ayurveda expo. Honorable Chief Minister of Uttarakhand Mr. Pushkar singh Dhami inaugurated this event followed by many cultural activities and performances. Uttarakhand's Cultural Kumaoni Songs and Dances Graced the Opening Ceremony of the Event. Planet Ayurveda is a part of this expo as a co-sponsor. So let us tell you a little about this expo and also show you some glimpses of it.
More than 700 Ayurvedic companies from all over the world participated in this expo. People from every corner of the country and the world came to this expo, whether they are Ayurvedic doctors or allopathic doctors, professors or students, people of all types and ages were seen taking interest in this expo.
Talking about Planet Ayurveda, Planet Ayurveda's stall was one of the biggest stalls at the Expo. It was decorated so beautifully that it was unmissable. The presence of Dr. Vikram Chauhan and Dr. Meenakshi Chauhan was making it even more beautiful. People gave this Love a lot of love and clicked a lot of pictures. Planet Ayurveda's Ayurvedic products were very popular among the people. Yakrit Plihantak Churna and Arjun Tea were one of the main attractions of this Expo. A huge crowd was seen to taste Arjun Tea and to see and buy Planet Ayurveda's products. People even showed a lot of interest in the herbal range of animal products.
On the second day of the expo, many eminent personalities visited the Planet Ayurveda stall and interacted with people like Manish Acharya ji, Dr. Pratap Chauhan ji, many scientists, researchers, college principals, chiefs of various institutions, HOD's. Many news channels and bloggers also covered Planet Ayurveda and discussed Ayurveda with Dr. Vikram. People also tried to understand Ayurveda and the Planet Ayurveda team helped them to understand about the same. People loved the taste and effect of Arjun Tea and as the day progressed, the Planet Ayurveda stall became crowded.
On the third and fourth day, the footfall at this expo increased even more. It felt blissful and proud to see Hon'ble Governor of Uttarakhand Retd. Lieutenant General Gurmit Singh Ji at this expo. He addressed ayurveda lovers and advised people to practice ayurveda. He said that “Ayurveda is one sector that unites the entire world, as envisioned by our sages in the ancient time. You have done a great service through this path-breaking initiative to promote this holistic healthcare system for the benefit of the entire world”. Noting that over 4000 research papers had been presented in the four days was a spectacular record in itself, which dismantled the misconception regarding Ayurveda that it is not thoroughly evidence-based.
It was a heartwarming moment when Sh. Ravinath Raman, Secretary (Ayush & Ayush Education) along with Additional Secretary Sh. Vijay Kumar Jogdande Visited Planet Ayurveda Stall and felicitated Dr. Vikram Chauhan with the memento of 10th World Ayurveda Congress. It was great to see that people have started giving Ayurveda the love and respect it deserves, and we hope that this will continue to grow day by day.
It is our responsibility to take forward this priceless heritage given to us by our sages and doctors and Planet Ayurveda is trying its best to preserve this heritage and take it forward in the right way.
