Williams, who started his solo career in the early 70s, has produced 17 number one hits and has been inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame. Mill Town Music Hall focuses on wholesome, family-friendly music and events and is located conveniently off I-20 in Bremen (1031 Alabama Ave.).

Don Williams came to be known as "the Gentle Giant" because of his laid-back, straightforward vocals and large, imposing build. His breakthrough hit "We Should Be Together" in 1974 launched a career of more than 40 Top Ten hits. Some of his famous songs include: "I Wouldn't Want to Live if You Didn't Love Me" and "I Believe in You." Williams has also won numerous country music awards. His latest album, "Reflections," demonstrates his steadfast presence in the country music industry. Even though music has been his passion, Williams appeared in the films of his friend Burt Reynolds, including W.W. & the Dixie Dancekings and Smokey & the Bandit II.
