'Walk On' Over to Mill Town Music Hall to Hear Southern Gospel Favorites The Isaacs and The Diplomats
Both groups will sing from their inspirational collections on Nov. 22.
- Atlanta, GA (1888PressRelease) November 06, 2014 - The multi-award winning group, The Isaacs, along with the multi-talented band, The Diplomats, will perform at Mill Town Music Hall on Saturday, Nov. 22, at 7:30 p.m. EST. The Isaacs have won numerous Dove Awards in various categories, and they have received several Grammy nominations through the years. Mill Town Music Hall focuses on wholesome, family-friendly music and events and is located conveniently off I-20 in Bremen (1031 Alabama Avenue).
The Isaacs began singing 35 years ago and bring their unique style of tight, family harmony with contemporary acoustic instrumentation that appeals to a variety of audiences. They are frequent performers at the Grand Ole Opry and are regulars on the Gaither Homecoming Videos and Concert Series. Their latest album, The Living Years, was nominated for "Bluegrass Album of the Year" by the Dove Awards. In mid-November, their newest Christmas album will be released.
The Diplomats, an eight-person vocal group with a live band, are based out of Carrollton, Ga. They have been voted a top 10 mixed group by Singing News Fan Awards in 2008, 2009, 2010, 2013 and 2014. Led by Jimmy and Rita Pearson, the group's style has been called "upbeat and energetic." A number of talented performers have joined them on tour through the years, including their son Corey Pearson.
