The show's host, EMILY PEARLS KIRK, is also an actress and casting director. She stated that the reason that she created the site, is because of her past experience as a casting director, and producer. She stated that finding locations, apartments, houses, buildings, cars etc., for "shooting" and "filming" can sometimes be a drawback as well as a delay for the completion of a filming project.

FILM PROPS RENTAL (www.filmproprental.com) is a website where film makers, movie directors and producers can go to find these things so desperately needed for their "shoot". It also allows for anyone, everyday people to list any item or items that they would like to offer for the purpose of film making.

The website allows the ability to donate, rent, sell, or buy the items. The site is totally FREE TO JOIN, but with limited features to the "free" member.
