This title is reached when a Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) holds at least 3 specialist certifications at the same time. Yitzy achieved this status after attaining specialty certifications that demonstrate his extensive knowledge of both core and advanced features of the Relativity platform.
Yitzy Nissenbaum, Esq., is a licensed attorney in New York and New Jersey and a Project Manager, as well as a Staff Writer, at vdiscovery. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and of the Fordham University School of Law. Yitzy was previously Of Counsel to Kirkland & Ellis LLP and an Associate at Kenyon & Kenyon, LLP, where he worked on high-stakes patent-litigation matters. He had significant experience with ediscovery before joining the company, including having served as Subcommittee Chair on ediscovery for the New York County Lawyers’ Association’s Federal Courts Committee. Additionally, he has written and lectured extensively on a number of ediscovery issues relating to both federal and state courts.
