'Symphony for Harmony' rocks Delhi NCR with leading schol students during the International childrens day.
- (1888PressRelease) November 25, 2011 - Delhi - Fury bangs on the foot drum. Metals screech on the feedback. Fingers blare on distorted strings. And vocals growl on the open mike. Complete with 1 lakhs watts of sound. "Recess 2011" is an inception and wittnessed the fantastic rock music from Delhi and NCR. The stage of "RECESS 2011" was set on blaze by the participants from different schools in the city.
On the day of International childrens day, Childreach International India organised, "Recess 2011" on 19th November under the theme Symphony for Harmony dedicated to all those children who have been victimized through unaccountable heartless violence, terrorist activites and such other social evils.
The evening started off with welcome address by students, followed by folk Himanchali dance performance. The event experienced number of heart rocking performences by the rock bands. Childreach International India also launched there innoviative programme "Ek Din Swadeshi"- India meets Bharat, which aims to build a generation of socially responsible and sensitized individuals.
Celebrity messeges from Indian Ocean, Euphoria, Nasha, Parikrama were showcased " Childreach International has been doing a lot of good work in the area of child development and I wish you people all the luck..!!!" says, Susmita Sen- lead guitarist of Indian Ocean.
Songs were composed and sang by the schools on the theme of Symphony and Harmony. Show was hosted by celebrity artist Dahek, he says, "I have done many events before, but this one is close to my heart and it is great to share the stage with these children".
Students closely interacted with surendra sharma and as -well . Surendra Sharma - Hasya Kavi said "Childreach International woh sanstha hai jo sahi maino mein woh kaam kar rahi hai jo desh ko arse se zarurat thi. Badon ke liye kaam karna koi badi baat nai hai lekin bachon ke liye kuch karna bahut badi baat hoti hai. Mera manna hai bache is desh ka bhavishya hain par kisi ne yeh socha hai ki is bhavishya ka vartaman kya hai? Jiska vartaman andhere mein hai uska bhavishya ujaale mein kaise aayega? Childreach International India is baare mein sochti hai , uske liye badhai aur main chahunga zyaada se zyaada log isme Sahyog Karein, aur is sanstha ko ache kaam ke liye protsahan karein".
