Further to this Priya added," We believe that the emergence of LPO industry, being with the standards of providing services by the Act, will certainly add value and provide customers greater acceptability to legal services and better value for money." LPOs would be pleased to form alliances".
Another speaker, Samuel Clague, Partner, The Stephen James Partnership, from the buyers' perspective stated," The implementation of Act would give rise to a tough competition among law firms and LPO vendors forcing law firms to source services economically." On this, Priya added," It would rather help the LPOs to be considered as business partners and not as competitors in UK legal market".
