I thought it was excellent! Lots of research, tables, parents stories and packed with sound and simple advice. And the appendix is extremely comprehensive. After 30 of working with thousands of infertile couples, many of whom had been trying to conceive for years and experienced failed assisted conception, the success rate after Nim's program is several times higher than IVF and with far healthier babies!

Between 2002-2009, 1,578 Couples completed the Foresight programme. 1,417 Babies were born. There was a 89.8% success rate. There were 52 pairs of twins and 3 sets of triplets. There were 42 miscarriages. Only 2 single births were premature and the birth weights were brilliant. Fantastic results!

My baby was a Foresight baby, and 10 years later I loved reading this new book and will be passing it on to friends.
