As per the provision of the Scheme of Arrangement for vesting of Theme Park & Event Software Undertaking, DRC Systems had issued and allotted one equity share of ₹10 each to each shareholder of Infibeam Avenues Ltd. This was fully paid up for every 412 equity shares of ₹1 that were held by all the shareholders in Infibeam Avenues Ltd.
