"Deck the Streets" Holiday Event and Food Drive to benefit OASIS Food Pantry to Take Place Saturday, December 3rd
All who participate in the food drive will receive special coupons and offers from the various shops, restaurants, and businesses at Streets of St. Charles.
- (1888PressRelease) November 29, 2016 - St. Charles, MO - Streets of St. Charles will hold its first annual "Deck the Streets" event in celebration of the holiday season on Saturday, December 3rd from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm. Several things will take place throughout the course of the day:
10:00 am
* Free Showing of Elf, starring Will Ferrell at 10:00 am at AMC
* Free with the donation of 2 canned food items per admission *Limited Seating
11:30 am - 2:00 pm
* Selfies with Elfies in the AMC lobby
* Free photos with Santa's Elves for a canned food or cash donation
10:00 am - 4:00 pm
* Canned Food Drive in the AMC lobby
* Hot Chocolate at the Residences at Streets of St. Charles Clubhouse
3:00 pm - 4:30 pm
* Lindenwood Jazz Band on Tucano's patio
Donations received during the "Deck the Streets" event will benefit OASIS Food Pantry of St. Charles, which serves residents in the county, offering a variety of non-perishable food items, as well as other items needed by families. The organization estimates that it distributes enough food to supplement over 20,000 meals each month.
"The holiday season is a time of giving thanks, celebrating with friends and family, and remembering those in need," said Robey Taylor, property manager at Streets of St. Charles.
