"Blue Bloods" Star to Grace the Stage December 11
Len Cariou, award-winning star of the hit CBS show, Blue Bloods, will return to 54 BELOW to sing Gershwin for three unforgettable solo performances. Opening night performance is December 11, 2013 at 7pm.
- (1888PressRelease) December 06, 2013 - Len Cariou, award-winning star of the CBS TV hit series "Blue Bloods" along with Tom Selleck and Donnie Wahlberg, now in it's fourth season, will return for three special solo performances at 54 BELOW. Cariou is an award-winning actor who recently co-stared with Jake Gyllenhaal in the feature film, Prisoners, and he will appear at 54 BELOW, 254 West 54th Street, to sing Gershwin all the way. Opening night is December 11 at 7pm in this romantic and inviting setting. A number of stars from "Blue Bloods" as well as film and theatre will be there to cheer him on. Two additional shows will be presented on December 13th and 14 at 8pm.
Cariou is a unique talent, film and TV star, as well as Broadway royalty and winner of a Tony and a Genie (Canada's Oscar) for Best Actor. He also has garnered numerous Emmy nominations.
Cariou has an impressive list of starring roles in feature film, theatre, and on TV series from his Tony award-winning portrayal as Sweeney Todd in Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street to his memorable appearances in About Schmidt, The Four Seasons, "Into the Storm", "Damages", and his current role as Henry Reagan on "Blue Bloods". Cariou's acting prowess generates a unique warmth that makes audiences everywhere love him.
