- Dallas, TX (1888PressRelease) May 23, 2016 - Below the Horizon, a film that explores the importance of friendship and common misconceptions surrounding social anxiety for millions worldwide, this week officially launched an IndieGoGo campaign for garnering funds to expertly complete the film. Borne from a personal time in the director's life, Below the Horizon delves into an inner emotional struggle many wrestle with every single day.
"This was an incredibly hard and personal film to produce, as I went through a two year stint of talking to no one except my parents and dog," said Tristan Spohn, Creator and Director of Below the Horizon. "This film aims to bring more understanding and insight into the world of social anxiety. I am hoping everyone who watches will feel inspired to help and identify cases of detrimental social anxiety from here on out."
Below the Horizon's IndieGoGo campaign was launched to raise financial backing for film editing, lighting gels, truck rentals, lens rentals, props, and audio equipment.
