    FAXAGE, a leading provider of Internet FAX services, has recently completed its annual client satisfaction survey. Survey results and detailed comments have been made public at a neutral third-party website, underscoring real-world client opinions related to the value proposition and perception of the FAXAGE service.

    Clients were surveyed on five key metrics: Reliability, Features, Ease of Use and Overall Satisfaction. Further, clients were given the opportunity to provide detailed feedback and opinions that should prove valuable to others in considering an Internet FAX service.

    Based on the results, FAXAGE rates highest on Reliability and Customer Support, scoring an average of 9.6 and 9.5 out of 10 on these metrics, respectively. Key advantages cited by clients included entirely US based support and that the overall reliability of the system is such that support is rarely, if ever, needed.

    Overall Satisfaction was a close second at 9.4, while Features and Ease of Use were at 9.1 and 9.2, respectively. Based on FAXAGE's prior annual review metrics, the service continues to be a leader overall in reliability and service, while features and ease of use have seen dramatic improvements in the past year - primarily based on incorporating detailed suggestions from the previous client review.
